모든 배송은 페덱스로 배송을 합니다.
물건 준비시간은 제품마다 다르며 평균 3-10일정도 걸립니다. 핸드메이드 제품이나 새로 제작하는 경우 시간이 오래 걸릴 수도 있습니다. 그런 경우에는 저희가 따로 연락드립니다.
페덱스 배송 기간은 5-10일입니다.
가끔 배송 상황에 따라서 14일까지도 걸릴 수 있으니 모든 제품 주문은 여유있게 해주세요.
엘에이에서 바로 배송이 되는 제품들은 usps로 보내드리며 평균 배송 기간은 1-5일 정도 걸립니다.
Preparation time varies depending on the product and takes approximately 3-10 days on average. For handmade products or new ones, it may take a long time. In such cases, we will contact you separately.
Fedex delivery time is 5-10 days.
Depending on the delivery situation, it may sometimes take up to 14 days, so please allow ample time for all product orders.
Products shipped directly from LA are sent via USPS, and the average delivery period is 1-5 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
모든 제품을 배송 전 검수 사진을 보내드리고 확인 후 배송을 합니다.
따라서 물건에 문제가 없으면 교환이나 환불은 안됩니다.
구매 전에 제품의 사이즈를 잘 확인해주세요. 제품 사이즈로 인한 교환이나 환불은 안됩니다.
신발이나 옷은 사이즈 교환이 가능합니다.
교환 하실 경우에는 배송 받으신 그대로 보내주세요.
제품이 문제가 있어서 교환이나 환불을 하실 경우에는 배송비는 저희가 부담해드립니다.
We send inspection photos of all products before shipping and ship them after confirmation. Therefore, if there is no problem with the product, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shoes and clothes can be exchanged for size.
